Education & Training

MEC provides access to education and training in a variety of employment-related areas. We help prepare eligible individuals for high-demand occupations, such as certified nursing and solar panel installing. We provide training in specialized skills that will enhance job performance, such as customer service skills. We can also assist employees in attaining educational goals such as a GED or acquiring better English skills.

Our ability to provide these services comes from partnering with the College of Marin, Regional Occupational Program, Tamalpais Adult Education, the Small Business Development Center and other agencies.

For more information about our education and training services, contact MEC at (415) 473-3300 and sign up for an MEC Orientation or come to the MEC Career Resource Center to receive information.

Short-term Education MEC can help employees attain a GED, become more fluent in English, or improve their ability to read.
