Whistlestop is Hiring a Contract Services Coordinator

This position is responsible for the coordination of the daily operational activity of Whistlestop’s Client Transportation Services to meet client and program goals. Key focus areas are serving as a liaison with our clients, providing leadership & direction to team members, ensuring efficient daily scheduling, coordinate inbound / outbound participant trips, respond to real time needs on day of service, maintain appropriate system documentation and reporting requirements, dispatch communication with drivers, communication with agencies / program staff / client guardians.
